I would like to welcome each and every student to criminal law and to our blog. I refer to this as our blog because I want you to make use of it. I will post some notes, cases and articles and you can comment and also post your point of views. Feel free to ask questions if you do not understand something.
The key to pass criminal law is to understand criminal law. To understand criminal law you must
- attend your classes
- listen and partake in the class
- ask questions
- think about criminal law
- have a relationship with your prescribed textbook, read it, understand it and know it.
