considering intoxication as a defence
Look at the video underneath about the drunk man - this man's conduct is clearly involuntary. If you look you will see how his legs do not want to do what his brain wants it to do and later his body is moving without his mind controlling the action. He can not walk straight, can not open door and then eventually falls down.
