Remember
that Section 1 of Act 1 of 1988 is an independent crime with its own
definition and requirements that needs to be proved for liability. You
will not be found guilty of the original crime because of section 1 in
fact, you first need to be found not guilty of the original crime to be
convicted of sec 1
